Based on customer requirements, Tulip – crafts and design – would design and develop any particular product or service.
An estimated quote (cost of materials and labor) would be given to the customer beforehand.
The customer would pay off in advance the value of the materials needed in order to carry out the project.
When the project is finished, the customer would pay the total balance of the estimate.
Bijoux or custom jewelry is only made in Bloomington, IN, U.S.A. If the order is placed in Colombia, delivery and shipping costs would be paid by the customer.
Cross-stitch technique is only made in Bloomington, IN, U.S.A. If the order is placed in Colombia, delivery and shipping costs would be paid by the customer.
The materials for both Bijoux and Cross-stitch projects had to be ordered on line. The customer would pay the cost of these materials and Tulip – crafts and design – would provide the labor in order to finish the project.
